The check in process was easy and the staff was amazing. We ate a few times at the hotel restaurant and it was excellent. The wifi is only available near the main area and not in the rooms, the kids took full advantage of the pools, both pool areas were well maintained. We rented one of the outside areas for a family gathering. Its not a "high end" resort but its comfortable and the staff are welcoming and accommodating. Overall we loved our stay here."
